And provide shell protection level testing (IPX1-X9K waterproof, dustproof IP1X-6X).

Mechanical environmentThe laboratory has a series of advanced equipment, including a vibration testing system with a maximum thrust of 60 tons, a 40 ton 3m * 3m vibration/temperature and humidity comprehensive testing system, and a three-axis six degree of freedom vibration testing system. It also has a large-scale dual stage parallel excitation vibration system, temperature and humidity/low pressure/vibration four comprehensive testing system, a 4-ton large displacement vibration testing system, a 5-ton hydraulic vibration testing system, as well as a large tonnage tilt and swing testing platform, high/lightweight impact testing system, centrifugal acceleration and vibration centrifugal comprehensive testing system, etc., which can provide industry-leading support in mechanical environment reliability testing.

New energy product testingThe New Energy Product Safety Testing Center covers an area of 1400 square meters and has a 30cm thick explosion-proof testing site. The center is equipped with 300CH battery cells, 60CH modules, 8CH battery pack testing channels, and precision equipment such as high-frequency data acquisition instruments, airtightness meters, high resistance meters, and high-precision chillers.
